    Board Appointment

    Charteris is pleased to announce, with immediate effect, the appointment to the Board of Martin Chitty as Executive Director with
responsibility for Business Development.

    Since joining the Company in April 2005, Martin, aged 50, has headed Charteris' Retail, Media and Services practice, a business which
has achieved major growth under his leadership. Martin has been a key figure in the success which Charteris has achieved in the on-line
retail market and in the Company's Microsoft Classic and Dynamics ERP strategy.

    There are no other details to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 or to Schedule two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.


    Commenting on the appointment, Cliff Preddy, Chairman, said,
