Investors blame the market makers for manipulation. All the while they don’t realize that management keeps dumping shares onto the market. So who really is to blame here?? You simply cannot have a rising stock price under this kind of dilution.

So in essence, they want to be a public company without having to worry about how the public might vote on an issue. Kind of an anti-public public company.
