                  Motorola ROKR handset promotion deal



Blue Star Mobile Group PLC ("Blue Star"), the AIM listed provider of
entertainment and promotional content via mobile phones, announces that it has
been awarded a contract to create a unique mobile content proposition
exclusively for Motorola to offer to customers when they buy the new ROKR
handset through a range of O2 sales channels.


The ROKR is the first mobile phone to have a built in iTunes player, enabling
music lovers to transfer up to 100 of their favorite songs from the iTunes
jukebox on their Mac or PC to their mobile phone.


The exclusive content promotion focuses on the Motorola sponsorship of The Brit
Awards 2006 which are taking place on the 15 February. When a customer buys the
new promotion ROKR they are immediately entitled to 10 iTunes tracks of their
choice in addition to 10 ringtones and 10 images from a range of the biggest
music artists around the globe. The content, which has a combined value of over
#50, is already pre-loaded onto the handset memory card to provide easy access.
