ISSUE AND ADMISSION OF 66,023,089 ORDINARY SHARES AT AN ISSUE PRICE OF 100P PER 
SHARE AND 13,204,594 SUBSCRIPTION SHARES ON A 1 FOR 5 BASIS PURSUANT TO AN OFFER 
FOR SUBSCRIPTION AND PLACING AND THE REORGANISATION OF GENUS CAPITAL FUND 
 
Baker Steel Resources Trust Limited ("the Company") announces that 30,468,865 
Ordinary Shares and 6,093,772 Subscription Shares, issued pursuant to the 
Placing and Offer for Subscription, were admitted to the Official List of the 
Financial Services Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's 
market for listed securities at 8.00 a.m. this morning. 
 
Together with the 35,554,224 Ordinary Shares and 7,110,822 Subscription Shares 
issued to the holders of shares in Genus Capital Fund pursuant to a scheme of 
reorganisation of Genus Capital Fund, the Company has in issue a total of 
66,023,089 Ordinary Shares and 13,204,594 Subscription Shares.
