Offers for Subscription - Supplementary Prospectus

The Companies announce that they have today published a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") in respect of the offers for subscription by the Companies of up to GBP60 million in aggregate (the "Offers"), which has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority.

The Supplementary Prospectus is required as a result of the publication by the Companies on 18 November 2021 of their unaudited net asset values as at 30 September 2021.

The Companies have issued a prospectus relating to the Offers (the "Prospectus").

The Prospectus and the Supplementary Prospectus are available from the Companies' website :
