BrandShield Systems (AIM: BRSD), a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions for brand oriented digital risk protection, confirms that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Notice of Availability have today been posted to shareholders.

The annual general meeting will be held at the offices of Edwin Coe LLP, 2 Stone Buildings, Lincoln's Inn, London, WC2A 3TH on Wednesday 23 August 2023 at 1.00 p.m.
