                          Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

As previously announced on the 25th September, Braemore is pleased to announce
the appointment of Mark Rosslee as Chief  Financial Officer of the company. 
This appointment is with effect from 1 November 2007. He will be based in
Braemore's  Johannesburg offices.

Mark is currently Chief Finance Officer and Director of Central African Gold,
having held similar positions with  Metallon, Southern Era Diamonds and Southern
Platinum Limited. He has gained extensive experience in the mining  industry
with the De Beers group at both a corporate and operation level over a period of
twelve years.
