Results of Adjourned Class Meeting of Subscription Shareholders

Following the adjourned Class Meeting which was held today, we are pleased to announce that the resolution put to shareholders was passed on a vote on a show of hands:

That this meeting of the holders of Subscription Shares hereby sanctions and consents to every alteration, modification, variation or abrogation of the special rights, privileges and restrictions attaching to the Subscription Shares to be effected by the passing and implementation of the special resolution of the Company set out in the notice of general meeting of the Company contained in the circular dated 30 October 2012 to the shareholders of the Company, a copy of which marked "A" signed by the chairman of the meeting for the purpose of identification is produced to the meeting.

Under listing rule 9.6.2 a copy of the resolution has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, and will shortly be made available for inspection at:

Proxy votes received in favour of the resolution were as follows:
