    Annual General Meeting and Final Dividend


    Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") confirms that its Annual General Meeting will be held on 30 June 2008, in
accordance with Dutch corporate law. In order to give shareholders appropriate notice it will be necessary for resolutions 3, 4, 5 and 6 to
be presented to shareholders at a further shareholder meeting, the date of which will be announced in due course. Furthermore the timetable
for the final dividend of EUR0.04 for the year ended 31 December 2007, as announced on 23 May 2008, will be deferred. A new timetable for
the final dividend (including the ex date, the record date and the payment date) will be notified at the same time as the announcement of
the meeting referred to above.
