    Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that on 12 June 2008 it has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of EUR 5.30 per share for a total consideration of EUR 53,000.
    As a result of this transaction, the Company currently holds 726,890 ordinary shares in treasury. 
    The Company has ordinary shares in issue of 74,876,926 (excluding shares held in treasury).
