The Company wishes to clarify that it has not convened its general shareholders' meeting for 25 June 2008 as referred to in its
announcement of 27 May 2008 (Results for the Year Ended December 31, 2008) and is yet to convene such general meeting. The general
shareholders meeting will be convened by separate notice shortly and a formal announcement will be made at such time.
