    Dividend Declaration


    The Board of Directors of Burani Designer Holding N.V. (LSE AIM: BRDH), a company offering Italian lifestyle products and services to
customers world-wide, announces the proposed distribution of an ordinary dividend for the full year of EUR0.04 per share. The shares will
trade ex dividend on 25 June 2008, the record date will be 27 June 2008 and the dividend will be paid to shareholders on 24 July 2008.
