Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH") announces that on 4 October 2007 it
purchased 2,645 ordinary shares in MBFG at a price of Euro22.70, representing a
purchase consideration of Euro60,035.

As a result of these transactions, BDH currently holds 16,289,151 ordinary
shares of MBFG.
