TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS 
 
In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("the Rules"), 
the Company would like to notify the market that following admission of the 
C Shares to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's on 
30 September 2010 the Company's issued capital comprises 75,600,000 Ordinary 
Shares of GBP0.01 each carrying one vote each and 20,000,000 C Shares of GBP0.10 
each also carrying one vote each. 
 
Therefore, holders of Ordinary Shares and/or C Shares should use 95,600,000 as 
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are 
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the 
Company under the Rules.
