Please find detailed below the estimated net asset value per share for J.P. Morgan Private Equity Limited as at 31 August 2015*:

Ordinary Share Class (Fully Diluted) - $1.26

Zero Dividend Preference Share Class due 2015 - 86.07p

Zero Dividend Preference Share Class due 2017 - 89.79p
