Boskalis nominates Ms. Ilona Haaijer as member of the Supervisory Board

Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. (Boskalis)
announces the nomination of Ms. Ilona Haaijer as member
of the Supervisory Board. The nomination of Ms. Haaijer
follows a decision by the Supervisory Board to increase the number
of its members from six to seven. Therefore a vacancy in the
Supervisory Board needs to be fulfilled.
Ms. Haaijer (47) has the Dutch nationality
and is President & CEO of DSM Food Specialties and member of
the Business Council of Royal DSM N.V. Ms. Haaijer has
formerly occupied the positions of Non-Executive Director and Board
Member of RPC Group Ltd, President of DSM Personal Care and CEO of
Philips AVENT.
Ms. Haaijer is considered to be a very
qualified candidate to fulfill the role as member of the
Supervisory Board of Boskalis due to her extensive management
experience which she has gathered at a diverse group of
international listed companies.
The nomination for appointment as member of the
Supervisory Board for a period of four years will be proposed to
the shareholders during an Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders to be held on 10 November 2016. The agenda and
