The Company received notification today from The 
WM Company, on behalf of the Rolls-Royce Pension 
Fund, that the Rolls-Royce Pension Fund has an 
interest in 640,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each 
in the Company.

This brings their holding below the declarable 3 
per cent limit, from 3.2 per cent to 2.02 per 
cent
