   Orca Interactive and Nokia Sign Global Reseller Agreement for Broadband TV
                                    Solution

Orca's RiGHTv applications to be part of Nokia's end-to-end 'triple play'
offering to deliver reliable and cost-effective enhanced video entertainment
services over xDSL networks.

RA'ANANA, Israel - December 17, 2003 - Orca Interactive, a member of the Emblaze
Group (LSE: BLZ) and global market leader in developing applications for
broadband TV, today announced the signing of an agreement that gives Nokia the
rights to resell Orca's RiGHTv application suite to telecommunications operators
worldwide. The Orca and Nokia end-to-end, triple play solution allows operators
to quickly enter the broadband TV market and efficiently deliver enhanced video
entertainment services over xDSL networks.

Orca's RiGHTv application suite integrates with the Nokia D500 multiservice
access platform to multicast video content through operator networks. This
allows multiple video streams to be delivered to end-user TV as well as to PCs
and Nokia's wireless handsets. The delivery of video services to multiple
devices on broadband networks helps operators to generate additional revenues,
reduce customer churn and gain customer loyalty.
