XCounter notification of changes in significant shareholdings 
 
XCounter AB (AIM: XCT) ("XCounter"), a technology leader in the development of 
photon counting X-ray detectors and tomosynthesis based 3D medical imaging, 
announces today that it has received notification from Brookwell Ltd 
("Brookwell") that it now owns 2,078,501 shares in XCounter representing less 
than 3%. 
This follows the capital increase on 19 January 2010, plus Brookwell's disposal 
of 100,000 Xcounter shares on 15 January, of which the company was notified on 
18 January.
