  BKN Has Sealed Major International Sub-Publishing deal with Fintage Music for
                                  its catalogue


BKN International AG has signed an agreement today with Fintage Music to handle
all international music sub-publishing and administration for current and
upcoming BKN music rights, it was announced today by Allen Bohbot, CEO and Niels
Teves, CEO of Fintage Music.

The deal includes BKN series such as Legend of the Dragon, Dork Hunters from
Outer Space and Zorro - Generation Z and films including Jungle Book -
Rikki-Tikki-Tavi to the Rescue, Robin Hood - Quest for the King and Kong -
Return to the Jungle.

"Having an organization with global reach like Fintage Music, which combines 20
years of expertise in both film and music rights collection, was very important
to us," said Bohbot. "Fintage Music provides a secure and reliable service and
has the flexibility to accommodate all of our needs."
