Appointment of Broker

On 20 April 2011, the Company's existing Nomad and Broker resigned with immediate effect. Following this resignation, the Directors of BgenuineTec announce that they have appointed Alexander David Securities Limited ("Alexander David Securities") as Financial Adviser and Broker to the Company.

In addition to being appointed Broker, Alexander David Securities has been mandated to assist the Company in seeking a replacement Nomad. Alexander David Securities has introduced the Company to a number of prospective Nomads who are at present carrying out their respective due diligence to enable them to consider whether to be appointed. A further announcement will be made in due course which will also contain details of the new management team and a proposed capital injection for the Company.
