Global Minerals share purchase 
Bateman Engineering has been informed by Global Minerals B.V. that it has 
purchased an additional 200,000 shares in the Company at an average price of 
6.75p per share. 
The aggregate shareholding of Global Minerals B.V. and its associated companies 
in Bateman Engineering has therefore increased to 34,672,238 (79.33% of the 
total number of shares in issue). 
 
 
Shareholders are reminded that they have until the close of trading on Thursday 
23 April 2009 to trade in shares on the AIM Market due to the Company's 
delisting at 7am on Friday 24 April 2009.
