    Bateman Engineering announces that the Company was notified today that Pieter Du Plessis (CFO) has today acquired 10,000 shares in the
Company at a purchase price of 27.0 pence per share. 

    Following this purchase, Pieter Du Plessis' aggregate shareholding holding in the Company is 30,000, representing 0.07% of the Company's
issued share capital.
