Rahangdale has been named vice chairman, a non-board position. Rahangdale will continue to report to the Co-Founder, Chairman & CEO. Rahangdale will have overall responsibility for: Manufacturing Services, Capital Planning & Cost Estimating; Product Engineering; IT & Electronic Product Integration; and Strategic & Business Development. Most recently, Rahangdale served as president and chief operating officer. The position of president will not be filled at this time. -- David C. Dauch has been appointed executive vice president and chief operating officer. He will also serve as chairman of AAM's Operating Committee.
