Royal Pump Rooms
Royal Leamington Spa
Availeon plc is pleased to announce that its subsidiary,
Hudson Rowe Catering Services ('Hudson) started trading at
the Royal Pump Rooms on 21 June 1999. They have introduced
their new brand Cafi Hudson, which was tested at their
Harlestone Heath contract and is a high quality restaurant
at the heart of the newly restored Royal Pump Rooms
cultural and tourism centre. The first indications show
that trading at Leamington Spa is exceeding expectations.
The lease, which is for an initial 12 years, with rights to
renew, carries an exclusive right to all catering and bar
services in the Assembly Rooms and the rest of the complex.
Confirmed bookings exceed all expectations with a wide
range of activity from cocktails and canapes to formal
dinners for 200.
The Royal Pumps Rooms complex has been fully refurbished by
Warwick District Council at cost of #6.9m and incorporates
a new County Library, Art Gallery & Museum, tourist
information centre, shop and Assembly Rooms.
Hudson is regarded as an integral partner in this complex
and have been responsible for the planning and installation
of all the catering facilities, which are proving a great
success with the residents of Leamington and surrounding
districts.
