    Pursuant to the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, on 12 May 2008, the Company received the following
notifications from Mrs A J Perham and Mrs S E James:

    NOTIFICATION 1

    On 9 May 2008, Mrs A J Perham bought 15,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 0.35 pence per share.

    Following the purchase Mrs A J Perham has an interest in 15,000,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 3.6 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company.

    NOTIFICATION 2

    On 9 May 2008, Mrs S E James sold 15,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 0.35 pence per share.  Subsequent to the sale
Mrs S E James no longer has a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the Company.

    The issued share capital of the Company is 422,066,665 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence per share.
