Director changes



The Company is pleased to announce that David Bovell, aged 46, has today been
appointed as Finance Director of the Company with immediate effect.



Mr Bovell is currently a director of Green Corporate Finance BVBA, Green
Investments BVBA, Chestnut Management Services BVBA and CleaningTec plc.  Mr
Bovell has also in the previous five years been a director of InnoCleaning
Concepts Limited and Garrick Green Corporate Finance Limited.



There are no further matters to be disclosed on behalf of Mr Bovell under
Schedule 2 (f) of the AIM Rules of the London Stock Exchange.



The Company also announces that John Dickens, a non-executive Director of the
Company, has tendered his resignation from the board with immediate effect.  The
Board would like to extend its warm appreciation to John for the valuable
contribution he has made to the Company during his term as director.
