ATTRAQT Group plc (AIM: ATQT), a leading provider of e-commerce visual merchandising, site search and recommendation technology, is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held on 15 June 2016, all resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting were duly passed.

Furthermore, in connection with the Directorate Change announcement released by ATTRAQT on 15 June 2016, the Company confirms that Dan Wagner has formally retired from the Board of the Company and stepped down as Non-Executive Chairman, and Nick Habgood has been appointed as Interim Non-Executive Chairman.
