Issue of Equity


Moneybox plc (the "Company") announces that a total of 161,400 ordinary shares
of 10p each, representing approximately 0.08% of the issued share capital of the
Company, have been issued and allotted to satisfy the exercise of share options.
These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

Application is being made today to the London Stock Exchange for the admission
of these shares to trading on the Alternative Investment Market. Dealings are
expected to commence on the 26 April 2005.
