    Result of General Meeting
    Disposal of Revauc Limited

    ArgentVive announces that at the General Meeting of the Company held today, the resolution set out in the circular sent to shareholders
on 7 July 2007 (the "Circular") to approve the disposal of Revauc Limited ("Revauc") the Company's Reverse Auction business, was duly
passed.

    Under the terms of the disposal which is expected to complete later on today, ArgentVive will receive a cash consideration of �500,000
and will also receive a 24% shareholding in the acquiring company, Solobee Limited.
