Closure of Top Up Offer 
 
The Directors of Acuity VCT 3 plc (the "Company") announce that the offer for 
subscription for up to 2,175,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each set out in a 
document dated 4 March 2010 (the "Offer") closed on 6 December 2010 in respect 
of  the 2010/2011 tax year.  The gross proceeds raised from the Offer were 
GBP104,790.
