Trading Update 
 
On 24 February it was announced that the Board of Directors of the Company (the 
'Board') had appointed Foresight Group CI Limited ('Foresight') as the new 
Investment Manager in place of Acuity Capital Management Limited. 
 
On the basis of the information now available to the Board and the initial 
review conducted by the new Investment Manager, the current Net Asset Value per 
Ordinary Share will be substantially lower than the last published Net Asset 
Value. 
 
The initial review also revealed that the Company has limited cash resources to 
meet the potential funding requirements of the portfolio companies.  The Board 
are currently considering various options including a possible issue of new 
equity by the Company.  No final decision on any course of action has been 
taken.
