The  Company  has  been notified that Van Heyst Investments  BV  has  an
interest in 7,036,517 ordinary shares of 5p each.  An associate  of  Van
Heyst  Investments  BV,  De Genestet NV and Mr Van  Heyst  Esq,  hold  a
further  2,980,386  shares  in  the Company.   The  aggregate  of  these
shareholdings  represents  3.66% of the current  issued  ordinary  share
capital of the Company.
