198 of the Companies Act 1985 that Phildrew Nominees Limited who act as
nominees on behalf of clients of Phillips & Drew Life Limited and
Phillips & Drew Fund Management Limited have a holding of 33,289,202
Ordinary 5p shares representing, 12.17 per cent of the Company issued
share capital.
