Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 that Phildrew Nominees Limited who
act as nominees on behalf of clients of Phillips & Drew Life Limited and
Phillips  &  Drew Fund Management Limited have a holding  of  29,864,202
Ordinary  5p  shares  representing, 10.92% of the Company  issued  share
capital.
