Agriterra Ltd, the AIM listed company focussed on the agricultural sector in 
central and southern Africa, was notified on 19 March 2009 that 
OppenheimerFunds, Inc. purchased 40,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company from 
Central African Mining & Exploration Company Plc ('CAMEC') on 16 March 2009. 
Following this purchase OppenheimerFunds, Inc. has an interest of 40,000,000 
ordinary shares representing approximately 8.44% of the Company's total voting 
rights. CAMEC now holds 166,700,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 
approximately 35.18% of the total voting rights.
