Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that it has been advised by Viola P.E. Ventures Management (2008) Ltd ("Viola"), a member of the Viola private equity group, that it has sold 785,888 ordinary shares, representing, in aggregate, approximately 3.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of Amiad. The shares were sold at a price of 255 pence per ordinary share on 14 February 2014.

Following this disposal, Viola no longer has an interest in Amiad's issued share capital.
