BERMUDA SHARE REGISTRAR: CHANGE OF NAME

The board of directors (the "Board") of Asian Citrus Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that the Company's Bermuda share registrar Butterfield Fulcrum Group (Bermuda) Limited has changed its name to MUFG Fund Services (Bermuda) Limited with effect from 30 September 2013.

The Company's branch share registrars in Hong Kong and Jersey are still maintained by Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited of 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong and Computershare Investor Services (Jersey) Limited of Queensway House, Hilgrove Street, St Helier, Jersey JE1 1ES respectively.
