Asian Citrus was notified on 24 October 2011 that Value Partners Limited bought 2,490,000 ordinary shares on 20 October 2011 and Wellington Management Company, LLP bought 54,691 ordinary shares at average price of HK$5.079 (equivalent to 40.92 pence) on 21 October 2011.

Following the above transaction, Value Partners Limited now holds 37,324,000 ordinary shares representing 3.07% of the Company's ordinary issued share capital.

Following the above transaction, Wellington Management Company, LLP now holds 60,738,730 ordinary shares representing 5.00% of the Company's ordinary issued share capital.
