Mr. Robert Glatter has resigned as a director of the company with immediate effect.

    Commenting on the announcement, Dennis Twining, Chairman said:

    " It is with sincere regret that Robert has to leave his position as director of the company due to illness in the family. He has made a
number of significant contributions to the development of Ablon over the past two years for which we are extremely grateful. I would like to
