                    Result of Extraordinary General Meeting
                          Proposed disposal of DynAir

ALPHA Airports Group Plc announces that at its Extraordinary General Meeting
held earlier today, the resolution to approve the disposal of the DynAir
ground handling division of the company to the SAir Group, the terms of which
were described in a circular to shareholders dated 13 July 1999,  was approved
by shareholders.  Completion is expected to take place by
 6 August 1999.

On completion,  Mr. Patrick Deasy, who is President of DynAir, will resign as
a Director of ALPHA Airports Group Plc.
