As  announced  earlier  today  in  the  Half-yearly Financial Report for the six 
months to 31 March 2012, John Kerr will be retiring as a Director of the Company 
on 30 September 2012. 
 
Recognising  the importance of controlling costs the Board has concluded that it 
will  be able to  operate in the  future with four  Directors. John Kerr will be 
replaced as chairman of the Audit Committee by Robin Archibald. The Board thanks 
John for his excellent service to the Company since his appointment in 2004.
