ARTICLE 17 NOTIFICATION

Santander UK plc (the "Issuer")

This notification refers to:

(1) the Base Prospectus dated 18 March 2022, as supplemented from time to time (the Base Prospectus) for Notes to be issued by the Issuer under its Structured Note and Certificate Programme; and

(2) the Final Terms dated 29 April 2022 (the Final Terms) in respect of the issue of up to GBP20,000,000 Preference Share-linked Autocallable Notes due 2028 - Series 1206 (XS2463895784) (the Note Issue).

Pursuant to our obligations under Article 17 of the Prospectus Regulation (Regulation 2017/1129/EU, as amended and as incorporated into the law of the United Kingdom by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended) we confirm in respect of the Note Issue the following information:

   Final Aggregate Nominal Amount:          GBP1,292,500

Paragraphs 4.1 and 4.2 of Part A to the Final Terms shall be read accordingly.
