Delay in publishing accounts

Aspire Defence Finance plc, the Issuer for the Allenby/Connaught Private Finance Initiative project, announces that the publication of the Issuer's audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 will be delayed beyond 30 June 2023. This has been caused by a key member of staff in its small finance team suffering a serious illness. The Board expects the accounts to be published before 30 September 2023.
