Completion of Third Extended Final Maturity extension for Series 2020-1 Notes

We refer to the USD 1,450,000,000 Series 2020-1 Notes due 15 April 2024 issued by Prunelli Issuer I S.a.r.l under compartment 2020-1 with ISIN: XS2244965245 (the "Notes"). Capitalized terms used in this letter and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Series 2020-1 Global Note Certificate.

We would like to inform that the Third Extended Final Maturity process has now been completed with the Note's rating remaining unchanged. The Third Extended Final Maturity date of the notes is effective, and the maturity date of the notes will be updated to 15(th) April 2025.

The Third Extension Period Margin of 1.17% per annum will be applicable for the next coupon period from 16(th) October 2023.
