Nestlé Holdings, Inc. and Nestlé Finance International Ltd. (the "Issuers") have published a Prospectus Supplement dated 23 April 2021 (the "Prospectus Supplement") in respect of their Debt Issuance Programme, the publication on 16 March 2021 of the Annual Review 2020 of the Nestlé group of companies in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2020 (the "Annual Review"), the publication on 23 April 2021 of the Annual Financial Report of Nestlé Holdings, Inc. in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2020 (the "NHI Annual Financial Report") and the publication on 23 April 2021 of the Annual Financial Report of Nestlé Finance International Ltd. in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2020 (the "NFI Annual Financial Report") .
