Final Terms dated 20 November 2007 (the "Final Terms") relating to Euro
1,000,000,000 5.250 per cent. Callable Notes due 22 January 2013 (the "Notes")
issued under the US$10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of British
Telecommunications public limited company (the "Issuer").


The Final Terms must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 8 October
2007 (the "Prospectus") and the supplementary Prospectus dated 12 November 2007.
