The following Amended and Restated Final Terms are available for viewing:

Amended and Restated Final Terms dated 8 January 2019 (the Amended and Restated Final Terms) relating to the GBP140,000,000 Notes due 2043 of Western Power Distribution (East Midlands) plc issued under the Programme on 1 June 2011 and 27 October 2016.

The Amended and Restated Final Terms should be read and construed in conjunction with the prospectus dated 14 August 2018 (the Prospectus). The Amended and Restated Final Terms amend and restate the Final Terms dated 27 May 2011 and 26 October 2016.
