Proposed capital reorganisation

The Company announces that it has written to shareholders proposing that each
redeemable participating share of US$0.01 be sub-divided into two redeemable
participating shares of US$0.005 each.  An Extraordinary General Meeting of
the Company has been convened for 10 July 2000 to consider the proposal.
