Amsterdam, The Netherlands - 30 April 2020 - the Issuer and the Guarantor announced today that the base prospectus dated 30 April 2020, in respect of the update of the EUR5,000,000,000 Euro Medium-Term Note Programme, by Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V., as issuer and guaranteed by Coca-Cola HBC AG (the "Base Prospectus"), originally established on 3 June 2013, has been approved by the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
